Cluster B, (NODE688X) is comprised of 12 clones (3 ESTs), including CDK7, the cyclin dependent kinase (cdk) of the cdk-activating complex (CAK); 92% show peak expression in M/G1. Cluster C, (NODE988X) which peaks in late M/G1, contains 25 clones (8 ESTs and hypothetical proteins); 96% peak in M/G1.
