PBMCs isolated from an apheresis sample from a second healthy donor were treated with a dose titration of Bp LPS at 0.01ug/ml, 0.1ug/ml, and 1ug/ml, a dose titration of heat-killed Bp338 (0.004 particles/cell (1X) to 4 particles/cell (1000X)), and a dose titration of heat-killed S. aureus isolate 1 (0.002 particles/cell (1X) to 2 particles/cell (1000X)). Time points were collected at 0, 0.5, 2, 4, 6, and 12 hours (100X time courses also have 1hr and 24hr time points). Data were filtered as in Fig. 1 and the resulting 463 selected cDNAs are displayed as a 6-node self-organizing map38,39. The common induction, common repression, and donor variant clusters are again marked.
