This work was made possible by the Brown and Botstein groups at Stanford University, where human cDNA microarrays have been printed and distributed and discussed in a collaborative setting. Microarray production for Stanford is now the responsibility of Dr. Mike Fero and the Stanford Functional Genomics Facility. Data management was greatly simplified by the Stanford Microarray Database, an Oracle database system for storing and filtering microarray data.
