Welcome
to the website of supplemental material for the manuscript titled:
"A gene-expression program reflecting the innate immune response of
intestinal epithelial cells to infection by Listeria
monocytogenes." Baldwin et al. Genome Biology
2002 4(1):R2 [Journal | Download PDF]
Within
this site, you can download raw and filtered microarray data from all experiments
presented in the paper.
We
are in the Biochemistry
Department at Stanford
University. Please visit the Theriot lab
homepage, where you can browse the group’s broad range of interests. Of special interest to first time
visitors, and newcomers to L. monocytogenes pathogenesis, are the movies of live
infections.
This work was made possible by the Brown and Botstein groups at Stanford University, where human cDNA microarrays have been printed
and distributed and discussed in a collaborative setting. Microarray production for Stanford is
now the responsibility of Dr. Mike
Fero and the Stanford Functional Genomics Facility.
Data management
was greatly simplified by the Stanford Microarray
Database,
an Oracle database system for storing and filtering microarray data.
