Each strain was grown overnight in 0.8% glucose YNB. Cultures were diluted 1:10 and 1:1000 in water in frog ponds and frogged to 0.5% glucose YNB and 1% acetate YNB. Plates were grown at 25 or 37 degrees C for 3-4 days and photographed.
