Dermal collagen bundles are compacted and hyalinized with extention below the eccrine sweat glands into the reticular dermis. The eccrine sweat glands are reduced in size and the surrounding subcutaneous fat is decreased. Significant inflammatory infiltrates are not present. (X40)
