The clones on the microarrays used in the paper are from the "10K set" as described in Ref. 3 in the paper and at the NHGRI Microarray Project. Use this form to perform a basic BLAST search against the 10K set using your sequence.
The gene names, Genbank accession numbers or Unigene cluster IDs of the resulting significant hits can be used to search the gene expression database.
