The sequence of pA10cat in your vector DB is incorrect. I don't know what
it is . For example, it has no CAT sequence. Here is my best guess  of the
correct sequence from the paper.

DNA sequence  pA10CAT-2   5638  b.p. complete sequence from Laimins et
al. J. Virol. 1984 : The sequence is not clear from the paper within pBR322 sequences adjacent
to the obliterated SphI and EcoRI sites.
